Jen Hudak just got back from an amazing/challenging trip to Afghanistan. She was part of a military goodwill tour. She along with 4 other X-game athletes toured from base-to-base to visit troops/sign posters. She got to fly in huge military aircraft like the C-130, Osprey, and the Blackhawk. Not bad looking up around these parts. We did have to walk through some patches of snow. Got muddy.

I was working away on my computer, when my whole house shook, I could tell it was a plane. Every 5 minutes the house would shake, finally - I ran outside, looked up. HOLYcow! A gigantic military, 4-engine plane with two f-16s accompanying each wing - literally only 200 feet above my house. I could read ‘US AIR FORCE’ on the side of the plane. They did about 8 laps around my house and above Little Cottonwood canyon. Of course when I took a picture - they were about half a mile down the road instead of above my house. Pretty weird, they must be doing a training exercise that the cottonwoods have similar features as where they are about to be deployed to.
