The SFK house has been a staple to the Salt Lake snowBro landscape for how long? Long time. And, Carlos, the dude that owns the house is selling it to the neighboring car dealership. This place has seen so much rowdiness - shit I don’t know how many times I’ve scraped myself off their couches in the early AM after a night in Rowdesia. The place is Legendary.
